A calmer phone experience
This update is mostly about how Cookbook feels in your hand.
On the meal planner, the bottom dock steps aside while you drag meals around, so you can see what you're doing. Recipe search got a cleanup pass too. On a phone, finding a recipe should feel clearer and less fussy than before.
The same care shows up in smaller places: tighter layouts, and pages that feel a bit more consistent on a phone or a big screen.
A simpler welcome into Cookbook
If you're just getting started, Home is clearer about what to do next.
You get a short intro, two simple steps, and a cleaner screen while your cookbook is still early. Add a recipe, build a week of meals, and Home becomes your glance at the day.
Forms that help when something's missing
Whether you're saving a recipe, setting up a meal plan, or running an AI feature, submit buttons can now be tapped to point you in the direction of any required fields that haven't been filled in, so you're not left wondering what's missing.
Give it a try
Open Cookbook and walk the welcome steps if you're new, try search on Recipes from your phone, then drag a meal around on Meals and watch the dock step aside. If something feels off, email me at [email protected].
